The MCCA will receive sealed general bids for the BCEC Building Automation System (BAS) Service and Maintenance Contract. The contract includes complete inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, incidental servicing, emergency service, installation of software updates and all ancillary equipment currently installed at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
