Bids will be received on behalf of the Owner by the Borough of Naugatuck Land Use Department, Naugatuck Town Hall, 229 Church Street 2 ^nd floor, Naugatuck, CT 06770, until 2:05 P.M., on August 20, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

Bid Packages are available on the Borough of Naugatuck’s, website and the CT Source website, https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource ; CT Source Bid Board.

Mandatory pre-bid conference: 158 City Hill Street Naugatuck on August 13, 2025, at 9:30 AM. Scope of work: Roofing, gutters, windows, doors, bathroom renovation, oil tank removal.
