Bootstrap - NES a New Purchase – HeroDevs

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Public Safety (DPS), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with HeroDevs for continued, uninterrupted use of Bootstrap – NES software upgrades/patches for our Bootstrap 3 with the installation for quantity 6 .

Bootstrap 3 supports the DPS Predatory Offender Registry Records Maintenance System. The DPS Predatory Offender Registry Records Maintenance System manages and maintains Predatory Offender Registry records. It maintains offender files and business unit workload. Bootstrap is a framework for developing responsive web design using HTML, CSS, and JS. DPS uses the Bootstrap 3 framework for user interface of the POR RMS application. Bootstrap 3 has reached the end of life and no longer supported in the industry. HeroDevs will provide extended support to Bootstrap 3. HeroDevs retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary Bootstrap - NES. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
