Description

The New Hampshire National Guard is seeking to engage potential recruits, both male and female, aged 18-32, across the state of New Hampshire. To reach this demographic, a comprehensive marketing strategy is required, utilizing tactics that resonate with this age group.



The primary focus is on recruiting efforts at high-impact events such as concerts, sporting events, and large gatherings, spanning from mid-August to December 2025.



Marketing goals: Attracting qualified candidates, increasing awareness of National Guard opportunities and benefits, and building a stronger presence within New Hampshire communities.
