BOOSTER PUMP STATION - NORTH BRYAN COUNTY

1.        The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking Sealed proposals for the construction of a new publicly owned booster pump station and associated force main piping adjacent to Cuyler Road and I-16 East in Bryan County, Georgia.
2.        Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Commission Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Bryan County Administration Building, located at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 until 2:00 PM, March 24th, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly.

3. The scope of work includes construction of a new booster pump station along Cuyler Road and I-16 East in Bryan County, Georgia. The booster pump station will house four (4) water booster pumps each operating at 3,680 gpm, with three phased active pumps and one standby pump for redundancy. Other work includes new 4" drain pipe, a 30" magnetic flow meter, a gravel access drive, 46 LF of 18" reinforced concrete storm piping (RCP), and 87 LF of 30" PVC water main. Electrical work shall include an on-site generator, transformer, and docking station.

4.        Plans and Specifications are to be obtained from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., (Issuing Office) at 50 Park of Commerce Way, Savannah, Georgia 31405 upon payment of $350.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable). The payment is nonrefundable. Contact Karen Smulski via email, smulski.k@tandh.com, to request plans and specifications. Only Bidders who obtain documents from Thomas & Hutton (the Issuing Office) shall be placed on the plan holder list and allowed to submit bids.

An optional Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the 2nd floor Commission Meeting Room at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324. Following the Pre-Bid Conference will be a visit to the Project Site.

The last day to submit questions in writing shall be Friday, March 13, 2026.
