Sealed proposals for Boos Center Addition Project will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, via the City of Jackson e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson . BIDS DUE ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2025, 10:00 AM (EST)

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Boos Recreation Center Addition and remodel of existing building to include but not limited to: entrance modifications for handicap accessibility, additional classroom and office, replace doors, addition of water fountain and kitchen plumbing updates, exterior facade work, and some interior demolition to remodel and repurpose existing areas.

Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on 9:00 AM, Thursday, September 11, 2025, 210 Gilbert Street - Boos Recreation Center in Loomis Park. Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid a chance to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents.
