Boone County KY – Lockbox Services (Managed by Three+One)

Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking proposals for Lockbox Services to support the secure and efficient processing of County receipts. This RFP is being managed externally by Three+One, who will oversee distribution of documents, vendor inquiries, and proposal submissions on behalf of Boone County.

Boone County is exploring modernized lockbox banking solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in the receipt and deposit of County revenues. The goal of this initiative is to implement a service that reduces processing time, enhances transparency, and aligns with the County’s broader financial management and modernization efforts.
