Boone County Communications/Marketing Support

Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking qualified marketing/communications agencies to provide on-going and as needed support. More than one agency may be selected for a contract term from July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026. This is a contract that will not exceed $40,000/annually.

Boone County reserves the right to procure these services for larger individual communication campaigns outside the scope of day-to-day communications support included in this contract.

Types of Services

• Social media strategy and management, including developing campaigns, reels, stories, and posts for Facebook, Instagram and X.
• Website writing, including pages for the County’s website and articles featured in the news section
• Media relations
• Event promotions
• Videos
• Photography
• Direct mail campaigns, such as an annual report, postcards, etc
• Digital advertising
• Any and all marketing/communications efforts in support of the Fiscal Court, County and its departments
