The proposer will provide all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to provide and deliver Bookstores and Related Services. HCC intends to award one or more agreements to meet the needs of the College. The College will acquire these services on an “as-needed basis” from the awarded agreements.
