THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

PURPOSE. The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with a Contractor to provide the published book: Individualized Healthcare Plans for the School Nurse (A comprehensive Resource for School Nursing Management of Health Condition’s)- 2nd Edition. These booked will be provided/delivered directly to our school nursed across Minnesota.

This is a no substitute solicitation. Only items listed in the solicitation will be considered for award. Alternative substitutes will not be accepted.

CONTRACT TERM. The Contract term will begin on the date of contract execution, throughout fulfillment/distribution with no option to extend.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Maria.rodriguez@state.mn.us no later than 4/3/2025, at 2:00 Central Time. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
