Project Description: The Department of Transportation and Public Works is seeking Bids for construction of new traffic signals at the following two intersections: Illinois Avenue at Western Park and Wheatland Road at Greenspan Avenue. Bid packets may be obtained beginning Thursday, June 25, 2026, from https://dallascityhall.bonfirehub.com. All Addenda will be posted to Bonfire. Bids are due at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, and will be opened by the City at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026. Bid Openings can be viewed on the City of Dallas Webcasting Website (https://dallastx.swagit.com/bid-purchasing).
