AWARD SCHEDULE:
Recommendations will be made to the school board at the February 6, 2025 Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
Initial contract period will be 02/06/2025 - 02/05/2026
, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. Final contract expiration after all renewals will be 02/05/2030.
SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide HVAC units needed in conjunction with four 2018 Bond Projects/locations listed in the attached specifications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. Offerors are expected to deliver service(s)/product(s) per specifications.
3.
Offerors should make every effort to present their offers in enough detail as to cover all aspects of the products/services they wish to supply to the district.
4. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
