Bond Project: Gardner Edgerton High School Kitchen & Commons Renovation

• Newkirk Novak Construction Partners is seeking bid proposals for the Gardner Edgerton High School Kitchen & Commons Renovation. The Gardner-Edgerton High School Kitchen & Commons Renovation at 425 Waverly Road in Gardner, Kansas consists of a renovation of the existing kitchen and commons areas, including selective interior demolition, space reconfiguration, new finishes and casework, and upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and kitchen ventilation systems to support modernized food service operations.

• Work will be performed within an active school campus and requires coordination with existing conditions, phased construction, and adherence to safety and access requirements as outlined in the design development drawings and specifications prepared by DLR Group.
