if fully incorporated and bound therein.

Bidder shall give due consideration to the contents of this Addendum in the preparation of the proposal

and shall so indicate on their proposal in the space provided therein. Failure of the bidder to acknowledge

receipt of this Addendum on their proposal may be sufficient cause for rejection of the bid.
