Bond Counsel Services – Legal Advisor

Project Description: The City of Norwalk is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) from qualified firms interested in serving as the City’s Bond Counsel to provide legal advice and services for future bond issuance. The selected Firm shall be expected to perform all services and duties customarily and usually performed by bond counsel concerning the rendering an approving legal opinion as the legality and tax-exempt status of a debt instrument. The City of Norwalk invites qualified firms to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for bond counsel advisory services consistent with the requirements and conditions herein set forth in this Request for Proposal solicitation document.
