PURPOSE
Central Arkansas Water (“CAW”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified law firms interested in providing CAW Bond Counsel and/or Disclosure Counsel Services. CAW is planning to issue one or more series of Revenue Bonds, Series 2026, (collectively, the “Series 2026 bonds”), as part of CAW’s Capital Improvement Plan. Bond Counsel and/or Disclosure Counsel will provide services to CAW in support of the Series 2026 Bonds planned to be issued by CAW in 2026. The gross issuance amount of the Series 2026 Bonds is planned to be less than $ 30 million. CAW will enter into a contract for Bond Counsel and/or Disclosure Counsel Services for bond issues for a period up to five (5) years. |
