The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency or Agency is requesting proposals pursuant to this RFP for one or more nationally recognized law firms to provide counsel with respect its multifamily and single family bond and note programs and as needed on MassHousings disclosure obligations in connection therewith. Only firms that have acted as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, or underwriters counsel on three or more housing bond issues for housing finance agencies HFAs within the last three
years will be considered and may submit a proposal.
