Scope of Services
The City is pleased to process a formal sealed bid for the Outdoor Speakers Project at Fort Mellon Park. The City seeks to establish a one-time purchase for outdoor bollard speakers and subwoofers for the City’s Ft. Mellon Park. In addition, the City is seeking a highly qualified registered vendor with the State of Florida (sunbiz). The scope of work includes supplying and installing a complete outdoor-rated audio system, including speakers, subwoofers, equipment rack, and audio input systems.

Can the city provide a proof-of-concept reference document or provide information establishing the design basis for the bollard speakers as there are many types of bollards with widely varying sizes and corresponding price points and varying means of performance when propagating sound.
