| Can the city provide a proof-of-concept reference document or provide information establishing the design basis for the bollard speakers as there are many types of bollards with widely varying sizes and corresponding price points and varying means of performance when propagating sound. Is there site plan documentation in .dwg format that can be provided to the awarded respondent so proper scale engineering documents and shop drawings can be produced for use with a formal submittal package, or is a submittal package not a requirement for the city and the expectations of the city is for the awarded contractor move immediately to their procurement process once NTP is given?
