Description

The City of Spokane Solid Waste Disposal Waste to Energy Facility (WTEF), 2900 S. Geiger Blvd, Spokane, WA 99224-5400, Is initiating this Invitation To Bid to solicit Bids from vendors who have a proven ability to provide spec’d Boiler Tubes to include Fabrication of U-Bends and Swage Tube, As Needed Over Five (5) Year Period, with annual pricing adjustments on the anniversary of the award with justification.

Resulting Value Blanket Order would be for a five-year (5) year period beginning Nov 1, 2025 through Oct 30, 2030.

Orders would be placed as needed during five-year period, and payment would only be made for actual orders placed delivered, and accepted.
