Boiler Replacement - WWTP
Synopsis:

The City of Prince Albert is seeking a Bidder to replace three (3) existing Laars hot water boilers at the Prince Albert Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The work includes demolition/removal, supply and installation of new high-efficiency condensing boilers, mechanical and electrical connections, venting and gas upgrades as required, commissioning, controls integration to BMS/SCADA, documentation, and training—delivering a fully operational, code-compliant hydronic heating system with minimal disruption to plant operations.

RFP Release Date: Friday, February 27, 2026.

Site Visit Date: Thursday, March 5, 2026 @ 9:00 am Sask time.

RFP Closing Date: Friday, March 27, 2026.

Approval by City Council: Monday, April 27th, 2026.

Intention to Award Agreement: Monday, May 1st, 2026.
