Boiler Replacement At Vista Heights PS

Project Description: The project involves general renovations and upgrades to existing mechanical equipment. The contractor is responsible for the removal and replacement of the existing heating boilers and DHW heater, including any associated pumps, piping, valves and accessories. The contractor is also responsible for removal & replacement of the existing Yorkland control system, including any controllers, panels, and devices as required. Adjustments to heating & BAS systems will be made as required to support these upgrades. This project also includes the removal & replacement of the existing Siporex deck and roof with new fire rated ceiling assembly and roofing. This shall include any additional framing members as required for the new steel deck.
