Boiler Replacement at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park

Scope of work:

• To produce tempered water for use in the Athletic Building by replacing existing two hot water gas boilers with two new natural gas boilers.
• Safely disconnect the existing two gas boilers manufactured by Lochinvar and all necessary accessories and dispose same; disconnect water, electrical, drain, and gas disconnections Existing platforms /connections to remain and re-used for new boilers - updated as needed with Parks approval.
• Procure and deliver to site two new natural gas boilers as manufactured by Lochinvar, Model# PFN1002PM
• Install and connect the new two gas boilers as per manufacturer's Water, electrical, drain, and gas connections required. Coat existing boiler steel platforms with rust resistance coating before re-using it.
• Disconnect and remove the existing loop circulation Procure and install a similar new lead free 1/6 HP, PR AB Bronze circulator pump as manufactured by Bell and Gossett
• Disconnect and remove existing water temperature sensor. Procure and install similar new SPOT Aquastat Immersion Temperature Control, with½" Well (100- 240F) as manufactured by Johnson
• Inspect and check all water and gas connections and lines in mechanical room and ensure there is no leak
• Test new boilers and adjust water temperature deliveries to existing two storage tanks and at faucets and showers in Athletic Building.
• Warranty: Furnish a one-year workmanship warranty and the boiler manufacturer's
• Furnish to Parks the Warranty Certificate provided by Lochinvar.
