Description:	Base Bid Description: Removal and replacement of the central heating plant equipment, domestic hot water equipment, piping, electrical, and controls per the plans and specifications. Contract Time: 60 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $740.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
Additional Description:	Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the ‘NDOC Contractor Background Check Application’ and the ‘NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form’ a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for security clearance details.
