Boiler Maintenance and Repair Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from Bidders who provide as-needed boiler maintenance and services. Services may include furnishing, installation, modification, measurement, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on the whole, or parts, of the steam and hot water generating boilers and heat exchange equipment on campus. Three main boilers are housed in the Power Plant (PP) which is the central steam and chilled water generation facility of the Roswell Park campus. Steam is generated 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year and is used for climate control and sterilization. Using professional water treatment services, steam produced at the point of generation uses chemicals consistent for use where the steam may contact edible products. Boilers located at Carlton House, 901 Washington, and Scott Bieler Amherst Center buildings are used to supplement buildings climate control and produce potable hot water. After contract award, the successful Bidder(s), shall provide Services in compliance with Roswell Park NYSDEC Air Permit, Roswell Park requirements, industry standards, and all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
