Boiler Maintenance and Repair

Services consist of four (4) scheduled inspections per boiler, including one (1) major annual inspection and three (3) minor inspections (or quarterly safety inspections), per calendar year. These inspections are to be performed at three-month intervals, starting at the beginning of the contract period, per boiler, with the timing of the major inspection at the discretion of the vendor.

Inspections will be done quarterly, the four (4) inspections include; one (1) annual major inspection and three (3) minor safety inspections.

Department Usage:
The contract is actively utilized by CPM on a quarterly and annual basis.
