Boiler Maintenance

The boiler maintenance will provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform all the work in maintaining 94 existing boilers/water heaters located in 71 facilities across Minot AFB, ND. The Contractor must assume maintenance of any new boilers installed for the duration of the boilers warranty (1) year from date of completed installation. Contractors will also be required to remove and dispose of existing boilers as well as install new boilers, up to 12 per year, not to exceed two every 30 days.

*****AMENDMENT 002**** This amendment fixes the date the RFQ closes to 4 September instead of 1 September.

******AMENDMENT 001******* This amendment uploads an amended combo solicitation to incorporate the new solicitation closing date of 4 September, updates the question and answer period and provides a site visit date of Tuesday, 11 August at 9:30am CST. Changes in the combo are highlighted in yellow and are included in the attachments of this solicitation.
