Project Description: Louisville Parks and Recreation is requesting bids for the demolition of existing wood decks, stairs and ramp, and the construction of a new wood deck and stairs at the front entrance, and a new wood ADA ramp and deck at the side entrance. All work is located at the Bobby Nichols Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 4301 Pages Ln, Louisville Kentucky 40272. This project includes but is not limited to: demolition, all necessary site work, concrete footings, and new wood deck and stair construction as shown on the plans and specifications.
