Synopsis: Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to award a firm fixed single source award. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation will be posted.

Reason: Utilizing a local vendor will minimize travel distance, transportation time, costs, and disruptions to currently scheduled classes. FLETC will transport each boat to the vendor's location to ensure the trailer is properly fitted. The vendor is responsible for configuring each trailer to accommodate one FLETC 25-foot Safeboat with a full cabin. Additionally, the trailer must be equipped with a vertical winch stand and a ladder for boarding the vessel.

The Government will award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract.
Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CON US (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.
Equipment Condition: New Equipment ONLY; No remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
