The boat should be constructed of .125 aluminum with a minimum of 22 in. sides. The front deck should include a storage area. The center console should have steering, a windshield, and a grab rail. There should also be a fixed T-top with a cover. There should be a storage box in front of the console with a shoebox lid and seating. There should be seating behind the console and a minimum 30-gallon fuel tank. There should be a full floor and sides, and a rear deck with a splash well and storage. There should be tie-down cleats (flip-up style) installed on both sides of the boat near the bow and transom, and evenly spaced in the center for a total of 6. There should also be a recovery ladder on the stern with a transducer bracket mounted in a location sufficient to mount a side/down imaging sonar transducer. The boat will also have paint and a textured finish on the interior, with off white paint preferred. A dual axle trailer capable of towing and launching the boat should be included with the purchase. Examples of models that meet our requirements include the Xpress H210B and War Eagle 2170 Blackhawk. Boat bids should include pricing with 4-stroke motors with powers of 115hp, 150hp, 175hp, and 200 or maximum hp for the boat mounted on a 10” offset hydraulic jack plate with hydraulic steering for comparison and selection by CAW. Gauges that should be included are fuel, tachometer, speed, trim, and hydraulic jack plate. Jack plate manipulation should be via a blinker-style trim switch on the steering wheel. A bilge pump (1500gph) should be installed with an auto float and control switch on the console. Applicable navigation lights should be installed with a control switch on the console. Bow-mounted lights should be recessed if possible. Please provide additional pricing for Lowrance HDS PRO 12 with active imaging, trim tabs installed, and a 24V remote controlled location fixing trolling motor with 60in shaft and no built in sonar for approval by CAW prior to installation. |
