Summary

The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Sheriff Department, is seeking proposals from qualified respondents for Boat Maintenance and Repair Services for its fleet of patrol vessels located at The Lake Havasu Water Safety Center - Contact Point 1801 AZ-95, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406. All proposals are due before 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 . The County will be selecting up to three successful (3) respondents to ensure adequate coverage of the Sheriff's operating locations and needs.



Background

The Mohave County Sheriff's Office operates a fleet of patrol vessels to enforce laws, ensure public safety, and protect the interests of residents and visitors on the county’s waterways, including Lake Havasu, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River. The Sheriff's Boating Program is one of the busiest in the nation and need to ensure that all watercrafts remain in top performance. The vessels range in age from 1-year to 20-years old, with additional vessels being added during the course of this contract. A listing of watercraft is provided in Attachment 1 and are located at The Lake Havasu Water Safety Center - Contact Point 1801 AZ-95, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406. The 38' Munson Packcat Boat must be serviced at The Contact Point.
