Boat Launch and Parking Lot Upgrades At Makwa Lake Provincial Park

The project includes tree clearing, excavation and disposal of existing holding tank, installation and plumbing of new contractor supplied holding tank, placement and positioning of the new fish filleting building, supply and install piping and hardware for a new water line to the new fish filleting building remove. Also included will be the removal and disposal of existing concrete boat launch pads, expansion and re-grading of the existing boat launch site, expansion and grading of the existing parking lot as well as supply and installation of parking curbs and barriers.

There will be an optional joint site meeting for bidding contractors at 1:00 pm on April 30, 2025, at the Boat Launch. While attendance is not mandatory, Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend to ensure a complete understanding of the scope of work, site conditions, and the products and services declaration form. Attendees are to confirm their attendance for the site walk by email to RFXQuestions@gov.sk.ca no later than 2:00 April 28, 2025.

Emailed bid submissions will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, at submission@gov.sk.ca until 2:00 p.m., Saskatchewan Time, May 06, 2025, for the expansion and upgrade of the Parking Lot and Boat Launch Facility, at Stabler Point Campground in Makwa Lake Provincial Park.
