Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM #1 CORRECTION: The page 8, TS-03 CONTRACT PERIOD in paragraph 2, please strikethrough "Services shall be
provided on a daily basis from April 15, 2026, through November 15, 2026." and replace with "Services shall be provided on a
daily basis beginning on April 15, 2026 and ending no later than November 15, 2026. Please note that the pass is slowly filling in
and consequently there is a possibility that we may not require this service through November 15, 2026. However, Contractors
must be available to provide this service through November 15, 2026, if necessary."
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260307. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
