Overview

Summary

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking competitive bids from qualified companies to provide the City with exterior repairs to the Catawba River Park boardwalks and retaining wall to restore this facility to its pre-disaster design, function, and capacity within the existing footprint.

This project is funded in whole or in part by the FEMA Public Assistance Fund in relation to damages sustained by Hurricane Helene. Thus, the resulting contract with the awarded vendor will include required federal clauses, as can be seen in Attachment A of this solicitation.
