BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS ATTORNEY

The City of Charlottesville an Independent city in Virginia, on behalf of the Board of Zoning Appeals of The City of Charlottesville (“BZA”), is soliciting Quotations from interested persons and/or firms for the provision of the professional services for Attorney Services for the BZA through a Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) process. Persons and/or firms interested in assisting the BZA with the provision of such service must prepare and submit a quote in accordance with the procedure set forth below. The BZA intends to qualify a person and/or firm that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed service, and agree and meet the terms and conditions determined by the BZA that provide the greatest benefit to City taxpayers.
