This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm, fixed-price quotes are being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0017.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) requires Brand Name Only Beckman Coulter Particle Size Analyzer, LS 13 320 XR Multi-Wavelength Optical bench with Universal Liquids Module (ULM), Accessories, and Service in accordance with the attached technical specifications, provisions, and clauses.

Please submit a firm, fixed price quote and a technical description of the product(s)/service(s) being offered in sufficient detail, including product literature, references, and any other necessary documents. Along with your quote, please also provide the following:
1. Signed, standard form (SF) 18
2. Section 889: Signature and checkmarks required
3. SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number
4. Place of Manufacture
5. Part or Item Numbers
6. Availability or delivery date

Quotations shall only be accepted by email to jongjoco@usgs.gov no later than 01/21/2025 at 1200 hours Eastern. Hardcopy shall not be accepted nor considered. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check back periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. All amendments must be signed and included when the quote is submitted.
