BN - Pipe Replacement

Replace old 3” copper pipe on the maintenance hall that is leaking from the boiler room, across the hall and back over to new existing piping to eliminate all leaks that currently exist.  Work will be completed after hours and in one night.  Site visit is mandatory on Thursday, February 6th at 10am.  Location: Bill Nichols State Veterans Home, 1784 Elkahatchee Road, Alexander City, AL 35010

Materials/Parts:
3” copper pipe 100 ft
2 ½” copper pipe 20 ft
2 ½’ propress ball valve
3” propress ball valve
3” propress tee
3”x 2” propress reducer
2” x 1” propress reducer
3” propress 90
3” propress coupling
3” insulation 100 ft

Labor Description:
Cut off water and remove 100 ft of 3” copper pipe that is leaking from boiler room, across the hall and back over to new existing piping.
