BMCC Auxiliary Enterprises - Food Services RFP
Project Description: The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) Auxiliary Enterprises Corporation is seeking a Contractor to provide Management and Operation of Food Services at Borough of Manhattan Community College (“College”) of The City University of New York (“CUNY” and/ or University). The Corporation's objective is to provide the College community with a full range of fresh, nutritious, affordable, and tasty food and beverages through the management and operation of dining rooms, cafeterias, catering services, and related activities, as further described in BMCC's RFP (“Food Service Operations”).

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Friday, March 22, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Borough of Manhattan Community College (Main Campus), 199 Chambers Street, New York, NY 10007.

All Interested Proposers most respond in advice of the site visit by Thursday, March 21, 2024, no later than 10:00AM. Please e-mail the Designated Contact below to inform of Attendee Names of your Organization. Vendors who do not respond in advance will not be permitted to enter the College Campus.

Prospective Proposers must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing food service operations as their primary business.
