The Scope of Work includes street improvements to several roadways within the City Blue Springs, Missouri and provides for pavement preparation, asphalt overlay, pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. The City of Blue Springs anticipates issuing notice to proceed in March of 2026 with a contract length of two-hundred forty (240) calendar days.
