BLOOMINGTON ICE GARDEN PROJECT 25-38-BC7B.3 EXTERIOR FAÇADE REPLACEMENT

The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids until 11:00 A.M., 24th of July , 2025 through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during a live WebEx meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the bid opening can be obtained by emailing purchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov . All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.

SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION:
The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:

Stucco soffit assembly demolition, removal and disposal, including all necessary dumpsters. Labor and materials for new metal soffit framing with exterior gypsum sheathing, weather barriers, insulation and metal / composite panel and all associated sheet metal flashing installation and joint sealants, including waste removal and dumpsters for the entire scope of work.

COMPLETION TIME: 90 calendar days or less.
PRE-BID MEETING:
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at the Project Site:
Bloomington Ice Garden, 3600 W. 98th Street, Bloomington, MN 55431. All prospective bidders are strongly
encouraged to attend this meeting to become familiar with the project.
