BLOOMINGTON ICE GARDEN MODERIZATION PROJECT - BID PACKAGE #2 BID CATEGORY 7A.2 WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS

The  City  of  Bloomington  will  receive  sealed  lump  sum  bids  until  11:00  A.M.,  Thursday, December  19,  2024  through  the Bids  and  Tenders  web  portal.  Bid  documents  will  not  be accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during a live WebEx meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the bid opening can be obtained by emailing purchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov . All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.

SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION:
The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:
Project  24-93  -  BC7A.2  Waterproofing  Systems  for  the  Bloomington  Ice  Garden
Modernization project. Reference specification section 01 11 50 Work Sequence and
Bid Categories for scope pertaining to this bid category.

COMPLETION TIME: Substantial Completion: September 30, 2025
Final Completion: December 31, 2025

PRE-BID MEETING:
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the project site, Bloomington Ice Garden, 3600 West 98th Street, Bloomington, MN 55431. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to become familiar with the project.
