Blood Products, Clinical Testing Procedures & Delivery

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (SUNY-DHSU) and SUNY Stony Brook University (SUNY - SBUH) hereby requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide Blood Products, Clinical Testing Procedures and Delivery to SUNY - DHSU and SUNY - SBUH's Blood Banks over a five (5) year period.

Any vendor who believes that they can provide this product/service is invited to contact the agent listed below to discuss this opportunity prior to the due date stated in the advertisement.

Interested vendors are encouraged to request and fully review the Information for Bid (IFB) document, which contains specific mandatory requirements that a successful vendor must satisfy. Complete copies of the IFB can be obtained by contacting the procurement agent below.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 J&K, a.k.a. the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals in connection with this advertising may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

The successful vendor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to New York State Finance Law Section 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a and valid current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.
