BLM WY - CARBON COUNTY RECREATION SITE CLEANING SERVICE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price contract with one base-year and four option year periods. The Government reserves the right to not exercise and option period.

This requirement is for seasonal housekeeping/janitorial services of recreational sites across Carbon County, Wyoming. See the Attachments for the Performance Work Statement, Locations, and Task Checklist.

Incumbent Contract: 140L6220P0036 - Base + 4 years - Total Value: $67,267.90

Period of Performance.
Base Year: May 2024 - Nov 2025
Option Year 1: May 2026 - Nov 2026
Option Year 2: May 2027 - Nov 2027
Option Year 3: May 2028 - Nov 2028
Option Year 4: May 2029 - Nov 2029

Basic Contracting Requirements:

3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay invoices.
