BLM-CO LE VEHICLES OUTFITTING

Outfitting for two vehicles, in accordance with the attached specification sheet and clauses.

Period of performance is expected to be 4/14/2025- 5/14/2025

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1.Active Registration www.sam.gov
2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.
3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30-day prompt pay after delivery- NO INTERIM INVOICES WILL BE ACCEPTED
4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item
5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
6. Set Aside-Small Business NAICS - 811198 - Size Standard: $10
7. Contract Type - Firm Fixed Price
8. Award Basis - Price and Other Factors
Technical Capability- please provide a response data sheet/estimate showing how your products and installation services meet specifications
Past experience- please provide a short description or list of your experience with outfitting emergency response vehicles

Technical responses will be rated on a basis of does not meet, meets or exceeds requirements of the SOW.

Past Performance- Government shall utilize information obtained from the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (CPARS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) when evaluating the offeror's past performance. If sufficient past performance information is not available, vendor may be asked to provide contact information for past performance references. The government may, at its discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis.

Past performance will be rated on a scale of No Confidence, Marginal Confidence, Confidence, Significant Confidence, High Confidence. This scale largely mirrors the scale in CPARS.

3. You may put your prices on the SF-18 form itself.
4. Include enough description/information in order to determine technical acceptability.
5. Your response must address the items under "8. Award Basis" in order to be considered responsive.
