A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2026, Blish Memorial Park, 32 Park Road, Marlborough, CT. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

BLISH PARK BASKETBALL SYSTEMS REPLACEMENT
SCOPE: Remove & Replace two Basketball Systems
Remove existing Basketball Systems from the full court baskets. Contractor
responsible for disposal of all demolition and excess materials from the site.
Install two Jaypro Sports 996-AC-UB Gooseneck Basketball System or
equivalent Gooseneck Basketball System. Installation shall comply with all
manufacturers' recommendations.
Gooseneck Pole
Unit buries 48 inches into ground including 6 34 inch x 48-inch rebar to be tied
together.
4- 12 inch steel upright with 4-foot o(cid:431)set
Powdered Coated - Black
Backboard
72-inch x 42-inch Rectangular Acrylic Backboard and all necessary brackets,
braces and hardware necessary for installation.
Two Breakaway Playground Goals for each system.
Ground Disturbance
Topsoil, seed & hay mulch all disturbed areas.
