You are hereby invited to bid on a General Contract for Construction, for the referenced project as described below.

A single, stipulated sum bid will be received, segregated bids will not be accepted.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Estimated construction cost range: $250k - $400k (including alternates)

Abbreviated written summary: Briefly and without force and effect on Contract Documents, work of Contract can be summarized as follows:

1) Renovation & expansion of the existing football field pressbox and site improvements to allow for expansion of bleachers. Bleachers are by separate contract.

Place: Basehor-Linwood District Office, 2008 N. 155th St., Basehor, KS 66007

(Bids will be read aloud immediately following the bid receiving deadline)

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

Full sets of documents will be available for purchase and preview at Drexel Technologies Online Planroom.

Documents will be available on March 17th or shortly thereafter.

PREBID CONFERENCE

Time: 11:00 AM, Central Time

Place: Basehor-Linwood High School, 2108 N. 155th St., Basehor, KS 66007

(Meeting will begin at the Stadium Entry, west side of the south parking lot.)

BID SECURITY AND BONDS

Bid Security and bonds will be required in accordance with "Instructions to Bidders".

The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
