PURPOSE: The purpose is to renew for year 5 of the Bleacher Maintenance contract for Plano ISD Facilities Services. The contract includes but not limited to the purchase of service, maintenance, repair, equipment, parts, and supplies as needed.
ANNUAL EXPENDITURE: The estimated expenditure for this contract is approximately $110,000.00 per year. However, this estimate should not be construed to be a guarantee of either minimum or maximum since usage is dependent upon actual needs and available funding. This estimated expenditure may be exceeded by 25% annually.
This is the third (3rd) and final renewal option with the effective dates from 5/2023 - 5/2024. The length of contract, if renewed, will total five (5) years before final expiration.
