PROJECT TITLE: 16A20 Bldg. 557 Roof/HVAC & Interior Work Description: The purpose of this project is to repair the
Repair existing roof and HVAC systems on Bldg. 557 to improve

usable life of the facility. This project includes the following items
that are integral to the facility; Repair approximately 9600 SF of
formed metal roofing, gutters and downspouts. Repair existing
HVAC systems that include furnaces, exhaust fans, rooftop units,
all associated ductwork, and electrical as needed. Repair the
existing vault to bring to current security standards. Interior
repairs include new carpet tile, LED lighting, ceiling tile and grid,
doors, painting & patching throughout classrooms, admin
space, and drill hall.
