Process
The purpose of this project is to provide necessary interior and exterior building renovation to improve the facility’s functionality, appearance, energy efficiency, safety, and long-term durability. Work shall include renovation of restroom facilities and all interior rooms/spaces, including but not limited to replacement and/or upgrading of finishes, flooring, paint, lighting systems, roofing systems, and windows. |
