Request for Statement of Qualifications / White Papers for a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Other Transaction (OT) Agreement under 10 U.S.C. § 2808a. The project consists of the demolition of existing Building 212 at Fort Stewart, GA, and the design and construction of a replacement 86-bed Permanent Party Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks.
