Blalock Park Interceptor Improvements

The City of Sherman, Texas, is accepting sealed bids for the Blalock Park Interceptor Improvements Project

in the City of Sherman, Texas, hereinafter called “City” or “Owner,” in accordance with specifications and

Contract Documents prepared by the City of Sherman. Sealed bids must be received at the office of City

Engineering, located at the Community Services Building, 317 S Travis Street, 2nd Floor, Sherman, Texas

no later than 2:00 p.m. February 24, 2026. Bids received on or before this deadline will be opened and read

aloud. Any bids received after the deadline will be rejected as non-responsive.

This project consists of all work associated with the lump sum and unit price bid for purchase and installation

of 3,396 linear feet of 30-inch sanitary sewer pipe, nine 6-foot diameter manholes, one 12-foot diameter

FRP manhole, concrete diversion structure with two 316 stainless steel gates, and a 20 foot wide access

road to the diversion structure. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in

accordance with the plans and specifications.
